The Expense entry window is new to the FosterCare PRO 2006 software.  This window allows you to track, by child, what expenses are incurred and whether these expenses are reimbursable.

The Child Financial window allows you to keep track of all the funds a child receives, and how they are spent.  While not all states require this activity, it is extremely handy to have if you are questioned on how the child's money is being spent.

You can track two separate accounts for each child.   Those accounts being their own personal money (allowance), and their clothing allowance.
